THIS IS MY E-BOOK PUBLISHING PAGE

How simple is this?

I publish e-books onto Amazon's Kindle for select clients

who are interest in publishing with a little help.

I also handle the financial side for your convenience

(assuming you choose DUO as your e-publisher).

Here are a few examples:

I have published 30 covers in 2010

and have published 40 more in 20ll,

and it is only the 14th of November.

Imagine what I can do in 2012.

that's 70 e-books published in 23 months....how's that?

The idea is to take your finished manuscript (submitted by your writer or editor) and convert it into a marketable work as the first step.  Once this is done, it is time to upload it to Amazon's Kindle.  If the manuscript is to be formatted to typical publishing industry standards, this will be done.  Once this step is accomplished, it is up to you to promote your work and expand its marketability.  I am a mechanic of sorts.  I also handle the Kindle payment process, assuming DUO will be your e-book publisher.  I subtract a percentage of the royalty payment for my services and distribute the rest in accordance with your wishes and per our agreement.

I do not decide what logo to put on your cover nor its design.  It should match your website assuming you have one.  DUO is only another step in your development plan.  We do not advertise nor promote your book.  That is your job or that of your agent, assuming you have one.

You can design your own covers, develop your own logo, and present this with your finished text in Microsoft Word.  I just add the front matter, the publications information, and I upload the finished product.  Formatting is standard for DUO, and we hope you find it attractive and more than functional.

Once the work is firmly in place on Kindle, your sales begin, and I collect the money that is earned by your work.  On an agreed-upon schedule, I distribute 82% of the earnings to you, and keep 18% for my company and my staff.  I also issue a report, so you will know sales numbers in general, and sales numbers per country.  This is an equitable arrangement and totally documented so you know precisely what you earned and what you are due.  If you choose to not use DUO, you can learn from me how to upload your own work and keep 100%.  I will just ask you for a $50 fee for giving you information and guidance.  It will take about an hour.  I have been uploading for clients since January of 2010, and am an accepted publisher on the record with Kindle, and this is a good thing (I get all the inside info).

You can be your own publisher, but in case you want assistance, I will provide it.  Each book you submit to me will be under a separate agreement:  you might want me to publish your first, and you want to publish for yourself on others.  It's a free world.  To make arrangements, contact me, Liz, at duopubs@aol.com, and let's begin.  Once up on Kindle, through DUO, you will be a published author, and that is a big deal.  The next step is to make yourself famous and rich, but that's up to you.  Needless to say, at 18%, DUO will profit as well.  That's the idea in business.

Restrictions:  I have no objections to publishing erotic material and some controversial material, as long as the erotic material is moderate and has a purpose other than enticing.  No overly descriptive works will be accepted.  The controversial material can be alternative but not inflammatory.  If I refuse your work for one reason or another, after reading it, I will decline politely and calmly.  I am sure there are other publishers who will accommodate your work.  I like solid literature, and that is what I publish.  It is best for you (or your representative) to order some of the books I have already placed on Kindle to get an idea of what I accept.
